However, you may need to fly a weekday to get this. Weekend fares are more likely to be $285.40 for just under 4.6 CPM. Still a good price if that’s what you need to do to fit your work schedule. Fly out at night, get back the next evening–sounds like a typical PNW mileage run to me. Check out September and October on ITA for availability.
Personally, my ears perked up more when I read that similar fares were also available on American Airlines. However, I have had much greater difficulty making this work. There are fewer dates, no weekends I can find, and there’s a good chance you could be stuck on Alaska metal for part of your journey and miss out on an elite upgrade. You’ll be paying $281.59 for 7,116 miles, about 4.0 CPM.
